Splanity is a business brand operated by SIGMASPAN INC. ("SIGMASPAN," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. SIGMASPAN INC. operates Splanity as an independent business, alongside other independent brands. This policy applies specifically to your use of splanity.com (the "Site") and explains what information we collect through it, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it. We designed this Site to be a simple lead-generation and information site, not a software platform — so the data we collect is limited to what you choose to share with us through our contact form.

Information We Collect

When you submit the "Talk to a Planning Expert" form on this Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The type of engagement you're interested in (e.g. Inventory Health Assessment, Inventory Control, Planning Partner)
  • Approximate SKU count
  • Any additional context you choose to share about your inventory situation

We do not collect payment information, government-issued identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through this Site. If you later engage Splanity for consulting services, any business or inventory data you share as part of that engagement is governed by the terms of that separate service agreement, not by this Site's form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up about scheduling a consultation
  • Understand the size and shape of your business so we can recommend the right level of support
  • Keep a record of prospective client conversations for our own business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to other businesses.

Third-Party Services

Form submissions on this Site are processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your submission to our inbox. Formspree may briefly store submission data as part of providing that service. You can review Formspree's own privacy practices at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

This Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a web font involves a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in line with Google's own practices.

Cookies and Other Tracking

This Site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of its own. If that changes — for example, if we add site analytics in the future — we will update this policy to reflect it.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our own business records, and we delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for those purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at contact@splanity.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on reputable third-party providers (such as Formspree) for secure form handling. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our Site or practices change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
